  • To introduce information into the new vehicle database.
  • Ensure data quality check of information introduced in the database.
  • Reporting according line manager requests  

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Office knowledge.
  • Automotive knowledge.
  • Languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese).
  • High ability to concentrate.

Content - Valuation 
The Group Valuation Team is responsible for strategically driving and enhancing the current and future valuation methodologies in Autovista Group as for the daily value setting of used and forecast values using Autovista know-how and standards.  
 

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Maintenance and production of RV data and modelling HU market. Comprehensive internal and external point of contact for correspondent analysis and explanations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Used car market observation analyses for Hungary
  • Creation and adjustment of RV quotations for existing and new vehicles 
  • Setup of RV forecasts by detailed model assessment, trend, market and competition observation and analysis
  • Adjustment of Forecast parameters during vehicles lifecycle
  • Maintaining consistent quality and reliability of data and Quality Management using adequate tools
  • Setup and update KPI
  • Setup of presentations and analysis
  • Visits of Dealership, OEM customers, fairs and test drive events
  • Supporting sales team with expert comments and information sharing
  • Supporting CX team with expert explanations
  • Supporting PR team with insights and analysis on RV and used car business
  • Answering internal and external requests by mail, phone and face-to-face
  • Report to the line manager

Key Account Manager

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The primary objective of the Key Account Manager (KAM) within the Schwacke sales department is to deliver its individual sales revenue (new business and renewals) locally and internationally, in line with, or in excess of targets within designated key accounts.
The KAM must develop strong, strategically aligned relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at key customers and prospects
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving or exceeding revenue targets by completing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, arranging and attending customer meetings, responding to leads, presenting relevant products and services
  • Developing existing customers (track usage and license needs), creating additional business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Monitoring and managing the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to meet objectives and KPIs, contributing to an accurate forecast
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the features and benefits of all Autovista products and services, understanding the market place and what differentiates our offering from our competitors’ products and services
  • Managing internal processes and timelines in order to guarantee timely deliveries and answers to customers, by collaborating with colleagues from technical, legal, finance and other sales teams  

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Experience:

  • Significant business-to-business sales experience in automotive (assessor organizations or large dealer groups) or related industries, preferably with digital processes and services
  • Proven track record of managing national and/or international key accounts, 
  • Experience of performance being measured based on KPIs and revenue targets, and a track record of achieving those targets

Skills:

  • IT skills: Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Power Point and MS Excel) as well as CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person, ability to present confidently at a senior level both in person and through virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Language skills: fluent in German and good knowledge of business English

VIN Data analyst

DEPARTMENT

The VIN Specifications department is responsible to accurate vehicle identification and information (technical and commercial) from VIN number based on AVG Specifications data.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This role provides, through the use of programming language for processing information based in the AVG databases and the use of analysis tools, functional improvements, errors reports, as well as proposals of changing in the current processes and tools to “VIN Spec team”; to ensure data content, correct manufacturers' integration and data accuracy, based on the quality standards and specific manufacturers’ needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Query the AVG databases to provide data reports and support to VIN team
  • Analyse manufacturers’ changes on their servers or data sources to adapt to them
  • Execute and deliver quality controls and reports based on the standard rules
  • Support the development and rollout of potential improvements in terms of processes and control.
  • Ensure that our group VIN specification product fully meets the requirements on terms of correct vehicle and equipment identification.
  • To analyse and interpret information supplied by AUTOVISTA’s subsidiaries and vehicle manufacturers (VIN response, pricelists, Electronic parts catalogues) in order to create the data and logic required by AUTOVISTA VIN tool. 
  • To manage AUTOVISTA VIN tool uploading/updating required data and establishing working rules in order to link vehicle information received from the manufacturer to AUTOVISTA databases.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Deep Knowledge in query databases and data analysis 
  • Deep knowledge in web service and postman.
  • Demonstrate understanding of data creation and manipulation tools
  • Deep understanding of automotive data (Desirable automotive degree)
  • Good English language skills
