Giles has a track record of driving commercial success and developing high performance teams. Before joining Autovista Group in 2015, Giles was COO for the Business Intelligence division of Informa plc. His experience includes leading international technology, client retention and finance teams and responsibility for commercial roles across complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, maritime, transport, law and financial services. He has driven high-profile international projects including outsourcing, ERP implementations, and major acquisitions. Prior to Informa, Giles held a variety of finance and operational roles with News Corp UK.
Andy has considerable commercial experience in all areas of finance, tax, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, debt finance and disposals. Before joining Autovista Group, Andy spent four years with Deloitte in its corporate recovery team in London, advising companies on financial and operational re-structuring. He has held senior financial and operating roles in private equity and industry, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies including BT's digital media businesses and the BBC. Andy is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics.
With 30 years' experience in media and business information, Lindsey has worked in diverse, global environments and has considerable experience building quality, digital subscription businesses in complex commercial sectors. Prior to joining Autovista Group in 2014, Lindsey was CEO for Informa's Business Intelligence division, managing across a range of formats and markets. Her expertise includes moving legacy print businesses to digital with a specific focus on successful cultural change. She has led 20 acquisitions worth over £1.5bn - many of them across several jurisdictions.
Paul Dunkley is one of the most successful and highly-regarded entrepreneurs involved in the automotive sector. Paul led the Management Buy-Out of Camden Motors Limited from Barclays Bank PLC in 1996 and has successfully led the growth of a number of outstanding businesses including Allen Ford (UK) Limited, Car Shops Limited and Camden Ventures Limited.
