HR Administrator

People & Performance

We are looking for three enthusiastic HR Administrators to support our HR Business Partners in the UK, Spain and Slovakia!  

Our People & Performance Team, part of the People function at Autovista Group, provides strategic and operational HR advice and administration to our managers and wider workforce.  Our People team supports all aspects of employee wellbeing and performance – from core people practices and processes; to benefits and rewards; to the ways that we work; to how we communicate; to learning and career development.

The People & Performance (HR) Administrators are the first point of contact for People (HR) queries from managers and employees.  They will support the People & Performance Partners (HRBP’s) by providing HR administration support, including managing new starters and leavers processes and benefits administration, providing payroll and recruitment assistance, and offering some HR advice to staff.  These roles also have responsibility for keeping our HR database up-to-date with people data for the Group.  Additionally, the People & Performance Administrators will be involved in supporting HR projects for individual European countries or Group-wide initiatives, as required. 

The People & Performance Administrators will be based in either London, Madrid or Bratislava.

Salesforce DevOps Specialist

Business Systems / Operations


The Salesforce DevOps Specialist is a key member of the team dedicated to ensuring that we maximize operational efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of Salesforce for our commercial gain. Their prime responsibility is to ensure the integrity of the live Salesforce environment and be the “Gatekeeper” who determines what does and does not get released. Keeping their knowledge up to date on features of new releases and AppExchange solutions and using their advanced technical understanding of the platform, the Salesforce DevOps Specialist will identify areas for improvement in functionality and usage of the platform, implement the required changes, and provide training to end users ensuring adoption of company best practice.  Additionally, the DevOps Specialist will undertake ad hoc projects and oversee basic updates assigned to the L1 Support team, ensuring prompt resolution.

Group Database Administrator


London, United Kingdom

The role is a hands-on DBA role, with a primary focus on managing and supporting the MS SQL, MySQL and Maria-DB databases across the Autovista Group. Database administration includes capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring and tuning, security, troubleshooting, as well as how the data is stored, ensuring data backup and data recovery routines are effective. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, has expert knowledge in MS SQL and My SQL/Maria DB, Cloud and ideally other database technologies such as Oracle and Informix.

The key requirement of the role is to manage all development and support for all data processes in line with business requirements.  This means ensuring the punctual, correct, efficient and regular data production and data delivery. This includes delivery to data customers as well as internal data production processes.   For enhancement or development of data processes, ensuring that we standardise and automate to ensure uninterrupted flow of data creation, data distribution and discuss with all people/teams involved (internal and external customers and vendors, other levels of support, IT, Changes and business owners) on any changes that are needed and to develop them. Level 2 Applications Support Engineer


Madrid, Spain

We are looking for the Level 2 Applications Support Engineer to provide the Autovista business with information, technical operations and applications support (users and customers). The team L2 team provides the following key services:

  • Access management, which is responsible for granting access to IT services (adhering to Information Security rules).
  • Applications Performance Management, which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an application’s performance to ensure a quality end-user experience.
  • Applications 2nd line support for products and tools, including ad hoc procedural documentation and relevant reports. This function also assist with application performance optimisation by working with L3, Developers, DBAs and infrastructure teams.
  • ETL Support (Talend) which monitors the Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes, providing reactive and proactive support to ensure ETL schedules do not breach SLAs. The function also works with ETL developers and architects to determine future improvements.
  • Cloud Services Management (AWS) team is responsible for ensuring cloud hosted services remain stable, leading systems and operational (SysOps) tasks for maintaining and increasing application reliability and availability through process improvement (monitoring, proactive analysis, troubleshooting etc).
