My main role is to manage and coordinate the finance teams for Spain, Portugal and Italy so that we are able to prepare and submit accurate financial information on time enabling the business to make timely decisions and achieve our targets. 

In my role, it is particularly essential to have an overview of what is going on across the company in terms of new developments and anything that affects business. 

One of the best aspects of my job is that I am in regular contact with multi-country teams in order to obtain first-hand information, prepare forecasts, correct any deviations and measure the progress of our business.  Because we are a multi-national company with small local companies, employees are likely to take on many different tasks while maintaining relationships with people of different nationalities. 

The human wealth of my colleagues and the opportunities to participate in exciting new projects is enriching, both professionally and personally.

I currently look after a team of three people and our main focus is to provide technical support for all of our consumer products, ensuring that all our customers receive a high level of support and that we find speedy resolutions to any problems.  My role is varied and I like the fact that no two days are the same.  This makes my job challenging which encourages me to ask more, learn more and push myself. 

In turn, gaining experience has allowed me to have a say in extending the level of support that we can offer our customers and also in developing the skills of my team and helping them to reach their desired goals.  Indeed, one of the most enjoyable things about my experience in the job is seeing my team grow.  I inherited a fresh team without much previous knowledge.  I am very proud to say that we are now extremely knowledgeable and motivated and each individual member brings something different to the team. 

One of the best things about working at Autovista Group is that the company has given me the space and time to grow myself and my team, supporting me all the way through with great advice, direction and support from my managers, trainers and senior colleagues.   We have a real family feel between employees in the company, which helps bring perspective – especially in challenging and busy times.

As Finance/Office Manager, I am responsible for the budget and financial forecast, bookkeeping, issuing customer invoices, travel arrangements, monthly cost tracking, the overall administration of our Bratislava office and organising all meetings and training events held at the Eurotax Bratislava offices. 

I enjoy the variation of my job as I get to do a bit of everything during my working day.  In addition, working with my two closest colleagues is great.  Between the three of us, we manage the 110 employees in our office.  I like the cooperation and openness across our company. 

I am half Hungarian and in Hungary one of the most famous dishes is called goulash.  A good goulash is made of meat, vegetables and spices – everything in the right proportion.  For me, working for Autovista Group is doing a bit of everything, like a Hungarian goulash.  I like the diversity of work, being given responsibility for my projects, learning new things, organising events and meeting new colleagues.
